We are seeking a motivated self-starter junior sales associate to join the team during the summer. This person will be energetic and have a passion for success.
The purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional experience for every client and every potential new customer. The candidate will be responsible for
guiding the customer through the life of the sale
create personalized experiences
build trusting relationships with clients
share the promotional offers suitable to the needs of the prospective customers.
As a customer service team member, you will have the opportunity to have a clear impact on the company’ growth while developing your own sales and service skills.
Develop in depth product knowledge
Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to attract new customers
Achieving established goals
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Prepare quotations, product data sheets, and sales related documents
Digital marketing (emailing contacts, content strategy
Website Content management (& blogging)
Social media familiarity (Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn)
Mobile marketing & using Adwords
Analyzing Google analytics & comparative social media analytics/strategies.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager
1-2 years’ experience doing related work (recent grads welcome to apply)
Enrolled or recently graduated from a University or College program
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc)
Familiarity with FreshSales & analytic services related to social media & Google.
A professional appearance
Maintain a positive attitude and focus on a positive customer experience
Strong, ethical decision maker
Ability to multi-task and be sales goal-driven
Strong ability to speak and communicate, and interface well with others in a diverse team environment.
Remuneration: This is a summer position with potential for extension.
